INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING OF BHANG'S PAKORE:-


Bhang Pakora Holi Recipe


  • 100 gm cauliflower
  • 100 gm potatoes
  • 100 gm onion
  • 100 gm spinach
  • 100 gm brinjal
  • 200 gm besan (Gram Flour)
  • 5 gm ajwain
  • 10 gm bhang (cannabis) seed powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 2 gm soda bicarb
  • 2 gm Pomegranate seed powder

PROCESS OF MAKING OF BHANG'S PAKORA


  • Firstly you need to wash and peel all of the vegetables.
  • After washing and peeling you have to cut all the veggies into small pieces.
  • Later you combine soda-bicarb, besan and salt then sieve it.
  • Now add bhang powder, ajwain, Pomegranate seed powder, and red chili powder.
  • Mix them well for few minutes {5-6 minutes}. 
  • Add some water to make a thick batter.
  • Later heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the vegetables in the besan mixture and deep fry on medium heat until golden brown.
  • Pakoras are ready and can be served hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
