HOW TO MAKE BHAANG thandai 

As we all know that Holi is a famous festival all over the world and especially in INDIA. So here are some special recipes which are famous and made usually at every place in INDIA on the day of Holi.
These recipes are also famous worldwide as they set a trend.
Bhang is basically a herb and in scientific terms, it is decarboxylated marijuana leaves. It is a kind of weed that is also used in the making of medicines. India also has some places where the government has given permission to sell the Bhaang.

HOW TO MAKE BHAANG thandai

STEPS OF MAKING BHAANG THANDAI

INGREDIENTS:- 1/4 cup of sugar
                               4 and 1/2 cups of boiled and cooled milk
                               1/4 cup of crushed almonds
                               1 tablespoon of fennel seeds
                               1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
ALSO
                              1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
                              1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder 
                              2 or 3 teaspoons of bhang 
                              and for flavorsome strands of saffron
HOW TO MAKE BHAANG thandai

STEPS AND METHOD OF MAKING BHAANG THANDAI:-

  • First of all, you need to take a bowl and put milk into it then you have to add cardamom powder and sugar into the milk.
  • After that, you have to add seeds of fennel and poppy into the milk.
  • Later you have to stir the milk with ingredients at least for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • After stirring keep that mixture into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours of milk becomes thick so you need to shear it with a sieve to separate the thick part.
  • In the end add some saffron strands, ground black pepper and obviously our lovable bhang to it, Mix it hard and well.
  • And it is ready to get served to the glasses of people.
